The latest Antarctic ozone levels were measured by NASA’s Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer, also known as TOMS, aboard the Russian Meteor-3 satellite, which has been measuring ozone since its launch in 1991 and has become the primary source of NASA’s ozone data.
