试论我国宪法的修改
摘要：
宪法是国家的根本大法，规定国家制度和社会制度的基本原则和重大问题，是国家和社会稳定与发展的最重要保障之一，因此，宪法理应具有高度的稳定性。然而，世界上任何一个国家的宪法都不可能一成不变，随着客观形势的发展和人们主观认识的变化，各国在努力维护宪法稳定性的同时，又必须适时地对宪法进行修改。适时修改宪法是各国维护宪法的权威性，使宪法符合实际需要并得以贯彻实施的重要举措，我国也不例外。宪法的修改并不是一个简单的问题。而是涉及到众多领域。我国宪法的修改是从国家的实际出发，以宪法修改的原则、特点为基础，分析修改的原因并结合发达国家的宪法修改的优点，全方面看待我国宪法的修改。
