【Assay】Transfer an accurately weighed quantity of the mixed contents of capsules obtained in the test for Weight variation of contents, equivalent to about 125 mg of norfloxacin in a 500 mL volumetric flask, add 10 mL of 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid to dissolve, and dilute to volume with water, mix well and filter. Dilute 5 mL of the successive filtrate, accurately measure, to volume in a 50 mL of volumetric flask, mix well. Complete the assay as described under norfloxacin, using 20 uL of the resulting solution.
