临时文件怎么删除？

开始是老提示我虚拟内存太低，跟着我把临时文件的路径改到其他盘了，还加大了最小跟最大值。
可电脑还是不断提示虚拟内存太低。我只开了三个窗口而已呀。
所以，是不是要把原来的internet临时文件删掉？？
要怎么删？？
我都不知道它在哪呀!!

这个程序是自动清理电脑里的垃圾而不会破坏系统 比很多软件都好哦
新建一个记事本并输入以下的内容：

打开还是记事本的看清楚这里最后将它保存，然后更名为“清除系统LJ.bat”
