如果是英语的话应该是

without your confirmation, we can't go to the further step.

在收到你的信息之前，我们不能开展下一项工作

Because has not obtained your confirmation, we are unable the development next step work

we can't carry on our work without your confirmation

要强调的话,你自己翻的那句里have前面加个didn't,have后面的not去掉.
