定语从句中，选择which 还是when,where,why要看他们在从句所做的成分。如果从句中缺少的是主语或者宾语成分，那么就只能选则关系代词也就是which,that如果缺少状语，那么就需要选择when,where,why关系副词。

第一句中，spent 是及物动词，which在从句中，做的是spent 的宾语，所以需要用which
第二句中，live是不及物动词，所以从句中只缺少状语，所以需要用when.

因为spend后面是要加时间的

而live是没有的

1. which 引导的是定语从句，并在从句中做spent的宾语
2.when引导的也是定语从句，但是在从句中做的是状语
