I just called the factory. I believe I had been very polite but the factory owner is still quite rude. When I started to ask questions, he just said that he didn't know and that they probably hadn't sent it. I think he probably just forgot about it again yesterday because if he did sent it yesterday, we should have received it at 11am today.

I just called the head of their factory, he's still not friendly. Eventhough i was quite polite, but he just dealt it with "I don't know" and that the goods may have not been sent yet. I think he must forget again yesterday, normally whats sent yesterday can be received at eleven o'clock in the morning.

I have just called the factory. The factory manager was unfriendly even though I talked politely. However after I asked a several questions, he said he does not know the answer. He said the goods might not be sent out. I guess he has forgotten yesterday, because normally we will receive the goods by 11am
