以神东煤(SD)、新疆煤(XJ)为研究对象来考察铁基矿物质对煤热解特性的影响。实验运用热重分析、固定床热解-色谱分析法分别对原煤、脱矿煤、和脱矿负载FeCl3煤的热解特性对比研究。结果表明:由于煤种变质程度不同,SD煤的热解在450oC左右达到最大失重速率,而XJ煤在600oC达到最大失重速率,相应的气体产物的最大释放温区也有所不同。载Fe煤的失重量大于脱矿煤,而小于原煤,这与原煤中固有矿物质的催化作用有关。Fe的催化作用主要表现在热解达到最大失重速率的温度以后,特别是热解第三阶段-缩聚阶段,H2的释放量在相应的温区有所增加,说明Fe对热解缩合反应有催化作用。SD载Fe煤的失重量明显大于脱矿煤,而XJ载Fe煤的失重量与脱矿煤没有较大的差别,说明Fe的催化作用于煤种的变质程度有关。
