I,JianQiang Liu of Beijing Yaguang Health products Factory, Hereby appoint
Rojer Malul and Cato ,of Fantastic Health AS ,as our exclusive agent to sell SMELL AND STOP (JIE YAN XIANG) products in Norway . This power shall be in full force and effect on the date below written and shall remain in full force and effect unless Party B stop to cooperate.

We guarantee that Party B can sell these leptin series products in Norway. If not, we can be with responsibility for all losing of Party B.
