请帮看看我写的这2句话有语病没有

For instance,he/sheactively helps other colleagues when finished his/her own work,never complaiming about trivial things amd seriously completing every work that the boss reqired,sweeping the office or wiping windows periodly.
我所用的complaiming, completing, sweeping, wiping是在做分词短语的作用吗？还是得与helps一致？
还有when finished his/her own work与that the boss reqired用过去时正确吗？还是用一般现在时？
On the community level,if one always does some small kindnesses for his/her neighbours or friends,for example,dumping trash by way for his/her neighbours ,leaving an eye on neighbour’s house when they are all out,giving an helping hand to those friends who really are involved with troubles,they will think he/he is a considerable person.
