1。what is the most important
most important 是形容词（最高级），怎麽可以有the冠词在前面
如果是
what is most important is ...
或
what is the most important thing is ...
这样就没错了

2。逻辑上出错了
your dream and the things you want to do 是说两件事
怎能 what is ?

what are most important ...
the most important things to you are ...

为什么不改成

没有 主语是What's the most important 谓语是IS后面是表语 your dream and the things 而you want to do是前面the things的定语从句。这是我个人的分析。
