BOB（从楼上）跑下地面上来。

这里的DOWN应该是下来到floor上，而不应该是沿着的意思。floor应该是底楼的地板。

背景大概是这样的：
BOB在楼上，他顺着楼梯下来，跑到一楼（的地板上）。

应该是BOB 跳下来,跳到地板上.

run down 的意思是:
撞倒
撞沉 等.

这里意思 可以是:BOB跌倒在地板上.

Bob runs down the floor .
Bob沿着地板跑.down 介词"沿着"

不是，我觉得应该是：

BOB跑下楼去

（前提是，他一定是处在某一个楼层上）

e.g:
1, run down a hill 跑下山去
2，She wants to run down 她要跑下去
