人力资源是现代企业发展的最关键因素,而激励是人力资源的重要内容,企业实行激励机制的最根本目的是正确地诱导员工的工作动机,使他们在实现组织目标的同时实现自身的需要,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。运用好激励机制是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素。激励工作是人力资源管理工作的核心内容,对于每个企业来说,激励工作的好坏直接关系到能否调动员工积极性的问题,关系到生产效率高低的问题,所以每一个人力资源管理者都应该重视激励工作避免激励误区,不断完善激励制度,提高管理激励的水平,真正把企业的激励工作搞好.真正调动起员工的工作积极性。企业要在市场竞争中立于不败之地,就必须结合本企业的实际,努力探索有效的激励机制。
