英语人文翻译(好再加分)

因为一个外国上司要走了,我想送一件礼物给他,也附上一封信,请您们帮忙翻译这封信,如果是机器翻译想来拿分的话,就不要了,因为英语我也懂些,就是写文章语法方面有点欠缺,所以在这里请高手帮忙,先谢谢了,如果好我可以再加分,我多的是分.
注：不要用深奥的语法，信件通俗易懂就可以了。

您好!首先谢谢你这几年来对我的关照,在这些日子里,公司不段的发展壮大,也经历了顺利搬迁,我很幸运可以和你这样的上司同舟共济、度过难关。
在上次的酒会上，你说公司已步入正规，你将要回美国了，我感到很惋惜，因为在我眼里，你是一位受人尊敬的老师，也是一位严格的领导。在你身上我学习到了很多，能够在你手下做事，我感到很荣幸。
我不知道你具体什么时候回美国，所以我想送一件礼物给你做为纪念，希望你能够记得我，这件礼物是中国清朝时期的（紫砂壶），它虽然价值不高，但它代表着我的心意，我希望你能够接受它。
希望你能常来中国看望我们！

自己身为老外我看了这几篇都觉得比较复杂且不自然。

Over the past years our company has become stronger, we successfully moved to a new location and I feel very lucky to be working in your team !
Last time you mentioned that the company is doing quite well right now and it is time for you to go back home. You have been a great teacher and strict boss and I have learned a lot from you. I feel much honored to have you as our leader and it would be a big loss for me when you return to USA.
I would like you to have a very memorable gift from me. It is a Purple Clay Teapot from Qing Dynasty and it represents my best wishes to you. I hope you like this gift.
I also hope that you come to China often to see us all.
