笔者在薪酬体系设计上引入了一些创新观点，如：文中以企业基层员工作为主要研究对象，基层员工在企业中属于大多数，我们在关注企业精英、管理人员的同时，也不能忽视他们的作用，保护好、激发好他们的积极性，增强他们对企业的忠诚度，对企业至关重要，以他们作为研究对象有一定的普遍和现实意义。文中薪酬的组合法，现实了岗位价值、员工个人绩效、薪酬之间的有机结合。典型的薪酬体系主要是职位薪酬体系、技能薪酬体系和能力薪酬体系。而基于岗位绩效的薪酬体系以岗位价值为依据，以员工个人绩效为核心，把岗位价值和员工工作能力和成果紧密结合，有效地提高了员工的积极性，同时也对员工起到一定的筛选作用，有利于实现人岗匹配。
Author has introduced some innovation viewpoint in the salary system , for example: in the article,as well as takeing the main object of study by the enterprise basic unit staff, the basic unit staff belongs to the majority in the enterprise.while we are paying attention on enterprise outstanding people, administrative personnels',we also cannot neglect their function, we 'd better protect them well, stimulate their enthusiasm, strengthen their loyalty to enterprise, because it is very important to the enterprise, what is more ,taking the object of study by them to have certain universal and the practical significance. Salary combination method mentioned by the article ,combine position value and staff individual achievements and salary together organically.
