成分:土豆300克,大葱5克
调料: 盐 6克 味精 2克 醋 3克 胡麻油 2克 花生油 8克 各适量
做法:1.大葱洗净切成丝待用;土豆削去外皮洗净,切成粗细均匀,长短一致的细丝放入大碗中用清水浸泡片刻,捞出滤净水分。
2.炒锅置火上,烧热后注入花生油,四成油温时下入土豆丝翻炒二下后下入醋,接着下入精盐、味精、葱油、花椒油、葱丝翻炒成熟即可出锅装盘。
