降低企业内部物流成本研究
摘要：本文分析了我国企业内部物流成本现状以及就通过降低企业内部物流成本来实现企业的成本竞争优势的问题进行了研究。通过对我国企业内部物流成本的现状、构成的分析，力求使人们能够对企业的物流成本有一个较为完整的认识，希望能引起企业管理者对降低物流成本的重视。通过对降低企业物流成本的途径及对作业成本法的介绍，力求使企业对物流领域中存在的“第三利润源泉”开始有比较深刻的认识。
