法语中关于颜色的描述

蓝色：Bleu/bleue，白色：Blanc/blanche，红色：Rouge，绿色：Vert/verte，黑色：Noir/noire，紫色：Violet/violette，灰色：Gris/grise，棕色：Marron，橙色：Orange，黄色：Jaune。

其中，蓝色、白色、绿色、黑色、紫色和灰色为什么会有两个单词，而且很近似，感觉像是人称单复数形式一样，可是，颜色会有人称之分吗？

红色、棕色、橙色、黄色没有类似的单词形式么？

这是形容词阴性阳性的区别，像bleu bleue blanc blanche, 比如il est blanc, elle est blanche, 但rouge orange jaune 阴性阳性都是同一个词，这是法语的语法规定，好像没有为什么。另外，marron 是有阴性形态的：marronne.
