本论文针对以上所说的抓斗摇摆问题提出抓斗“飞行”抛料的工作方案，通过对抓斗整个抓料、运料、卸料过程中抓斗及小车的运动状态进行理论建模、分析，进而找出合适的“飞行”抛料条件，即抛料时间、抛料位置及抛料时货料的水平速度等，从而利用抓斗的摇摆来实现抓斗的“飞行”抛料控制，并通过运动学仿真软件ADAMS对上述抓料、运料、卸料过程进行简单的实体建模、施加相关约束、运动仿真及优化，来验证上述“飞行”抛料的可行性和可控性，最后将抓斗“飞行”抛料与目前抓斗起重机工作时常用的“正对”卸料进行比较，主要是针对抓斗在采用两种卸料方案进行工作时小车需要运行的距离的长短以及抓斗起重机完成整个抓料、运料、卸料过程的工作时间的长短来进行比较，进而提出提高抓斗工作效率的建议。
