随着科学技术的不断发展和计算机应用的普及,机械领域的设计和绘图已从以前单一的手工操作逐渐向计算机应用方向发展,本次毕业设计就是从计算机应用于机械的方向出发,对螺纹联接接件进行CAD二次开发。
本设计是对螺纹联接件进行CAD的二次开发,二次开发过程中,应用了内嵌于AutoCAD 2004的VBA和DCL对话框以及AutoLISP程序,主要设计思想是:利用VBA对已选择的螺纹联接件进行强度校核,如无需校核或者强度满足要求可直接调用Lisp程序绘制图形。
这种对AutoCAD的二次开发可以使机械设计的过程更加简单,省去了手工校核螺纹联接件的劳动,并且在绘制图形的过程中,简化了重复单一的螺纹联接件的绘制,提高了工作效率。
另外,本程序界面清晰明了、操作简单,并且添加了相关数据和图片,用户可方便的查询需要的数据,简化了计算过程。
