这句英文有误吗？

请问positive在此处是名词还是形容词？就觉得a lot more positive going on不对劲，但这又是native speaker写的。糊涂了，谢谢赐教！
如果语法错误，请问正确的应该怎么说呢？

我的理解是他想表达“正面，积极面”的意思
a lot more positive going on in the world是说有更多一部分积极面在世界上演

语法错误，但是这是口头表达无所谓
就像我们说中文也经常有语法错误不是吗？
