Abstract: Creating is a significant strategy of management, and in the process of create, Chinese enterprises encount with problems involved the following three aspects: technology, management and brand. The author try to achieve the solutions to these problems from the three aspects in this paper.

Thesis Abstract: Innovation is the importance of enterprise management , Chinese enterprises in terms of innovation activities.There technical innovation, management innovation, brand innovation three areas appears several common questions, I tried to separate from the three areas to solve these problems including the ways and method.
