This article attempts to explain the transfer of rural labor force in the micro-mechanism and macro background, the constraints of rural labor transfer of social capital, human capital, financial resources, the formation of a cumulative cycle mechanism, the structural imbalance is becoming increasingly serious, is not conducive to the transfer of rural labor force, and will jeopardize the sustained and healthy economic development. Combined with the transfer of rural labor force need for in situ analysis and Yunnan Province of rural labor transfer mode in situ empirical study to examine in situ the western region of rural labor transfer mechanism.
