Abstract: The counter-example and the certificate are the same, is not only playing the huge promotion effect in mathematics history, in the middle school mathematics teaching, to improves the quality of teaching also to have the very vital role. Along with the recent years middle school stage investigative study's universal development, under new curriculum's tested with the college entrance examination, the open test question's proportion increased gradually, the promotion counter-example teaching method in the middle school mathematics teaching's application, appeared imminent.
