我对英语很不自信啊,老板让写个邮件,心里有点虚 大家帮帮我啊

就是客户订货了,然后等他汇款到了我们才发货,但是他把公司名字写错了,然后需要去开个证明发电报过来.我们才能提款.该怎么写好啊 谢谢啦

客户你好,感谢您的订货.汇款单我们已经收到了,但是有点小问题就是上面的公司名称写错了.现在需要您去银行开具一个证明发过来.谢谢

这位写的可以啦，不过把prove改成proof名词
