【摘要】 本文讨论了线性规划广泛应用于解决各类优化、决策等生产生活中的实际问题，如：物资调运、培训问题、环保、配料等。弄清什么是线性规划问题，通过三个要素：决策变量、目标函数、和约束条件初步建立线性规划的数学模型。主要研究在约束条件和目标函数都既定的前提下，如何优化整个系统，以最小的输入得到最大输出，运用单纯形法来研究学习线性规划的实际应用，有利于我们更好、更熟练的掌握线性规划，并把它作为一个工具来解决我们身边的现实生产生活问题。
