一、在校的几年时间，尽可能地多充实自己，不要浪费了这有限的青春时光。这样，进入社会后，有基础才会好发挥。
二、要注重专业技能的掌握，加强沟通、理解能力。要有意识锻炼培养，这样就不容易和社会脱节。
三、正确面对社会实践。现在很多大学生的社会实践抓不住要点，目标性也不强，自我主观性、挑剔性太强。找原因不从自身找，就不会有进步。
