摘要：本文从科技资源、科技产出和科技环境三个方面建立了科技原创力的评价体系，并通过因子分析分别从三个方面对我国31个省份的科技原创力进行了综合比较，指出了我国目前科技原创力存在的一些问题。文章最后，对如何提高我国进行科技原创力水平提出了相应的建议。
