本次实验是以MnCl2.4H2O和FeCl3.6H2O作为原料,以氢氧化钠为沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法制备出前驱体MnO(OH)和FeO(OH),然后快速脱水制得MnFe2O4,通过在不同温度焙烧得到最佳催化产物。实验原料的Fe/Mn摩尔比(x)始终为2:1,实验主要是通过控制反应温度以及焙烧温度制得最佳催化产物。并以H2O2为催化剂比较它对亚甲基兰氧化分解的催化活性。结果表明制备的催化剂的催化效率较高,催化分解亚甲基兰,脱色率能达到93%以上,产物的表征手段主要有粉末X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)
