1.加工项目：以甲方订单为准，订单经甲方签章发送乙方后，乙方应在2个工作日内加盖公章回传甲方。
2.加工数量：以甲方订单为准。数量如需变更时，甲方取消原订单，将新的订单发给乙方。
3.加工单价：以甲方订单为准。单价如需变更时，由双方协议修订之。
4.交货地点：除甲方之订单另有约定或甲方另有指示外，乙方应将货物交付至甲方指定的下述地址：
