摘要：本研究通过对分离自大别山的土壤放线菌的筛选，得到活性菌株，通过形态观察及16SrDNA的测定，初步确定活性菌株的分类地位，为进一步研究积累参考数据。对30株采自大别山的菌种进行抑菌实验，分别利用真菌和细菌作为指示菌，来检测菌种的生物活性。对有生物活性的菌株进行进一步的生物学特征检测，对高活性菌株测定16SrDNA。首先活化菌种，将菌种制成发酵液，活化4种指示菌，接发酵液观察其抑菌性。根据初筛结果选取高活性的菌株复筛，将初筛的发酵液再次过滤，实验过程大体同初筛，活性菌株的形态观察 通过插片实验观察其生物学特征，16SrDNA的测定。最后通过对30株放线菌的初步筛选和再次筛选，找到有生物活性的菌株，通过对活性菌株的16SrDNA的测定和生物学特征的检测，初步确定其分类地位。
