摘要 可交换债券作为一种新型的金融衍生工具，其产生与发展对债券市场的发展与完善所起到的作用是不可小觑的，根据它的属性以及自身的特点，在融资、收购兼并、股票减持等方面的应用，我们都能看到其所带来的有效的市场效应。
