【摘要】 目的 了解社区各类人群有关艾滋病的防治需求情况，分析目前社区在艾滋病防治工作中的作用及存在问题，探讨社区参与地方艾滋病防治工作的模式及其功能作用，提出社区参与地方艾滋病防治工作的相关策略的建议，为全省其它社区开展艾滋病防治工作提供借鉴经验。方法 采取整群分层抽样与典型抽样相结合方法，分别抽取贵乌社区和威清社区的社区常住一般居民、社区流动人口、干部、医务人员、公共场所女性服务人员、吸（戒）毒人员共3237名，按照尊重、自愿、保密的原则，得到社区各类人群的知情同意后，使用标准化自填式调查问卷及个人访谈问卷,对其进行一对一或（一对多）的问卷调查及个人访谈。结果 通过此次调查了解到，社区不同人群对艾滋病相关知识的了解程度不同，其中干部、医务人员的艾滋病相关知识知晓率居首，为95.47%（443/464），吸（戒）毒人员的艾滋病相关知识知晓率最低，为81.44%（79/97）。社区各类人群在希望获得艾滋病防治知识的途径上较为广泛，以电视、发放宣传资料及报刊为主。各类人群希望社区开展更多有关艾滋病、性病知识的宣传教育活动的需求率最高；更多的在社区设立美沙酮维持治疗门诊成为干部、医务人员的重点需求。社区在以往艾滋病防治工作的开展中还存在宣传教育及防治经费不足；专业队伍不健全、人力不足等重要问题。结论 社区各类人群对艾滋病基本知识的了解尚不够深入，艾滋病防治宣教工作还有待于深入开展；社区艾滋病防治工作的模式需要进一步改进和完善。在社区开展艾滋病防治工作中，首先需要提高政府重视和领导程度、多部门合作、全社会参与、加大社区防治艾滋病工作的经费投入，落实好对艾滋病感染者/病人及其相关人群的援助政策；针对社区各类人群采用多形式、多途径地开展艾滋病相关知识的日常宣传和教育，使全社会更好地了解相关艾滋病防治知识，关爱艾滋病感染者/病人，消除歧视；广泛开展社区美沙酮替代戒毒治疗服务；为社区各类人群提供心理、法律及健康咨询服务。
