两者都不对

改为how were your last few days?"
或是"how were your past few days?"

past只能这样用
the past few days

He has been living in his trunks for the past six days of the voyage.
在过年6天的海上航程中，他连行李包都没有打开过。
You've really been working hard the past few days.
你们这两天真够辛苦的。
而且较书面

last

we rehearsed frenziedly the last few days before the premiere.
公演前的那几天我们热火朝天地进行训练。
The strain of the last few days has weakened him considerably.
最近几天的劳累在很大程度上使他身体衰弱了。

都对

how was/were the past days 对

the last day是最后一天的意思，语意不对。

从语法上来说都是对的~~
但是the last days制的时间段更近一些，就是指最近的几天。
the past days指的可就长了。
甚至可以指过去的人生。

两者都不对

改为how were your last few days?"
或是"how were your past few days?"
