摘要: 随着网络经济的发展，2008年的全球性金融危机,使得电子商务服务外包以迅速地发展起来，甚至不被我们所察觉。然而，对于中国来说刚刚兴起的电子商务服务外包，其风险也日益突出。本文就将通过从外包不同的电子商务模块的角度，对发展电子商务外包的必要性、风险性以及如何管理来进行一些阐述，从而建立一个初步的电子商务服务外包风险体系，以达到优及避险的初步效益。

Abstract:

In the wake of the development of network economy, and the global financial crisis, have facilitated the swift development of electronic business service outsourcing,which is even without our being aware of. However, as far as China is concerned, the risk of newly prosper electronic business service outsourcing has also become increasingly protruding.This thesis carries out some precise descriptions on the prerequisite,the nature of risk and the ways to manage, through the outsourcing's various eletronic business modules' point of view, thereby establish a preliminary electronic business outsourcing risk system, to achieve an initial beneficial result of excellence and risk avoiding.
