关于FLUENT，求高手指点

我用FLUENT载入C语言程序时出错
BUILD弹出窗口
Make sure that UDF source files are in the directory
that contains your case and data files. If you have an
existing libudf directory, please remove this directory
to ensure that the latest files are used.
点LOAD出下面的错误
Opening library "libudf"...
Error: open_udf_library: 系统找不到指定的文件。

Error Object: ()

Interrupting...
Done.
都重装好几次了，不知道什么地方出问题了。
环境变量和VC都安装了。
另外用VC编*.c的程序是在程序里点新建文本再把*.H改成*.c吗？
安装了1楼的软件，没用。。。
