多氯联苯（PCBs）是全球性的持久性有机污染物中的一种，这些物质对贻贝的种群繁衍、群落结构造成伤害，甚至威胁人类健康。PCBs对人体健康存在很大的潜在威胁，目前国内关于PCB的研究工作比较多。但究竟PCB会对人体或动物体造成多大的伤害？这类研究的信息还比较的缺乏，而且目前PCBs虽然暂时还未给我国水产品出口造成损失,但将来有可能被发达国家利用作为限制我国水产品出口的手段。在本实验中，主要以PCB中的BaP作为研究对象。本实验通过对BaP对贻贝受精卵，胚胎等早期生物体的影响，主要研究当前大家关心的环境雌激素BaP对贻贝胚胎毒性作用，从而为环境安全评估和保护人类健康打下一定的基础。
