研究目的：通过对淄博市居民出行特征的分析预测，把握城市现状绿色交通的特征，以
可持续发展的思想为指导，分析绿色交通发展中的主要问题及其原因，从而找到实现城市绿
色交通的措施与途径，为如何促进城市绿色交通的发展提出一些建议。同时通过理论研究—

，为使城市将来有良好的布局形态，正确的道路交通体系，对城市的交通研究就显得十分重
要了。而中国大小城市交通特征不同，目前许多中小城市的道路交通套用或参照大城市的做
法比较普遍，宽车道，快速路层出不穷，道路交通环境日趋恶化，能源消耗有增无减，而适
合中小城市的自行车和人行交通等绿色交通方式却未得到重视。
