情感营销正是针对消费者的情感需求展开营销,重视企业和消费者之间买卖关系的建立,强调他们之间的情感交流,致力于营造一个温馨、和谐,充满情感的营销环境,从而增加与消费者的联系,并有利于培养顾客忠诚度。情感营销对企业树立良好形象,建立良好的人际关系,实现长远目标是非常重要的。
本文从情感营销的概念入手,首先运用市场营销原理、现代推销学和市场调查与预测的一些理论对现今市场竞争机制及特点进行分析,之后着重阐述了情感营销的方式及策略。在此基础上对如何运用情感营销进行了深入详细的论述,并根据国内外市场中情感营销策略的成功案例,分析情感营销策略成败的关键、情感营销的理念以及营销中遇到的病症。最后,就如何进行成功的情感营销提出意见,坚持以人为本,以情动人,真正站在消费者的立场上,关心消费者利益,从而达到消费者与企业的双赢。
