WTO建立了由成员方代表组成的反倾销实施委员会。委员会主席经选举产生，
每年至少举行两次会议，委员会履行反倾销协议或成员方授予的职责，组织成员方
之间的磋商。WTO秘书处同时也是反倾销实施委员会的秘书处。各成员方应尽快向
委员会报告其采取的所有的反倾销行动。各成员方还应通知委员会，其国内由哪一
个主管部门负责反倾销调查以及该调查的国内程序。
