在市场经济条件下,企业要在激烈竞争中求得生存和发展,就需要一支素质优良的人才队伍。为激励人才脱颖而出,激发员工的工作积极性,就应当建立科学、合理的分配机制。管理、技术、资本、劳动力等生产要素都为企业利润的创造做出了重要贡献,企业只有做到公平公正的分配,才能充分调动企业各类人员的积极性。本文对我国目前收入分配存在的问题进行分析,根据各生产要素分配的要求,结合案例论述了管理、技术、劳动和资本四个生产要素的分配模式,为各生产要素的分配提出合理建议。企业的发展离不开大量优秀的人才,为了防止企业人才流失,激发员工潜力。本文建议,企业首先应该完善薪酬体系,其次,企业应该建立利润分享计划,让员工参与到企业的经营管理中、参与到企业的利润分配中,增强员工的归属感。
