摘要：本论文在探讨了课程资源的概念、特点及国内外研究现状的基础上，讨论了初中化学课程资源包的开发、利用及其注意事项，探讨了如何依据教学设计的模式、步骤来开发和利用资源。并以初中化学（人教版）第四单元第三节《离子》、第四节《化学式与化合价》为例分析了初中化学课程资源开发与利用的过程，并开发了相应的资源包。
