about the problems related with water and water policy in China.
China has a pretty abundance source of water but the situation is still not optimistic.
The main problems are:
1.uneven distribution of water resortces
according to the statistic,we will find that the distribution of water in China has a apparently difference between the north and the south.there is 53 percents of the total people in the south of the changjiang river,but has 81 percents of the total water.however,in the north,there is 47 percents of people but only owns 19 percents of water.Experts have pointed out that the shortage water resources in northern area resulted from natural environment and highly intensive human activities, the water resources in southern area has been increasing particularly in the last two decades.this aggravated the water shortage in the north and the unbanlanced water resour
