2008年美国金融危机席卷全球，对中国经济的发展也提出了严峻的考验，如使中国金融环境受损、外汇储备面临缩水风险、投资出口下降、消费降低等。但是危机也给中国经济带来了前所未有的机遇，如有利于储备资源、开展跨国并购、缓解通货膨胀压力、吸引外资、压缩泡沫经济、调整经济结构等。本文针对美国金融危机的发生发展及对中国的影响进行了一定的阐述，并且对中国如何如何来应对和将来如何防范金融危机的产生提出了一些意见和建议。
本文共包括以下几个部分：
第一部分，阐述了美国金融危机产生的原因，并介绍了其发展过程。
第二部分，从各个经济指标入手，分析了美国金融危机对中国GDP增长方面，工业发展方面，人民生活及消费方面，等众多方面的负面影响。
第三部分，分析此次金融危机给中国带来的积极影响。
第四部分，针对此次金融危机提出一些对策。

The U.S. financial crisis swept the globe in the past 2008, posed a series of severe problems for the development of China's economy; for example, it brought damages for China's financial environment, make the foreign exchange reserves confront with a rick of decrease, reduced the capital investment and product exports, lessen the consumption. But on the other side, the crisis has brought mass unprecedented opportunities for China's economy, for instance, the crisis is propitious for resource reservation, carrying out cross-border mergers and acquisitions, easing inflationary pressure, attracting foreign investment, compression of the bubble economy, adjustment of economic structure, etc. In this dissertation there is a presentation of the occurrence of the U.S. financial crisis as well as its impact on China's development, and some advice and suggestion for China to deal with the present issues and to prevent future financial crises.
