摘 要

工业生产和科学研究过程中,流量测量必不可少,流量计的种类很多,因为超声波流量计具有非接触测量、无需中断管道、并且能满足大部分工业生产的精度要求,所以近年来得到了广泛应用。本设计首先对超声波流量计的发展历程、性能、特点、基本原理以及分类进行了详细的介绍。其次对时差法超声波流量计的测量原理进行了深入分析,从测量理论公式中发现了受温度影响测量结果出现的温漂问题,找出并分析了问题原因,给出了解决方案。同时确立了新的测量理论,并推出了新的理论公式。超声波换能器是超声波流量计的关键部件,本设计还对超声波换能器的工作原理和选型作了详细介绍。最后对超声波发射电路、超声波接收电路、计时电路等三部分硬件电路进行了设计,并对各部分电路的工作原理进行了详细的说明。

Design that course , function , characteristic , basal principle and classification have carried out detailed introduction on development of ultrasonic flowmeter first originally. The measurement principle following ultrasonic flowmeter has carried out thorough analysis on time difference secondly, from having discovered the failed problem the temperature measuring result turn up is affected by the temperature in measuring theoretical formula, have found out and have analysed a problem cause, have been given to out resolve a scheme. Have established new measurement theory at the same time , have deduced and new theoretical formul
