随着人民币升值幅度的进一步加剧，美元与人民币结算汇价持续走低，对我国进出口企业的赢利与生存是一大考验，同时国内原材料价格上涨、企业资金和人力资源成本提高、通货膨胀进一步加剧，进出口生产经营企业面临前所未有的内忧与外患格局。如何才能摆脱目前的处境，获得赢利空间，走上健康和可持续发展的外向型道路。本文试图从当前经济环境入手，分析人民币汇率变动（主要体现在人民币对美元升值）对中小企业进出口的影响。分别从市场，中小企业两个角度进行阐述，深入比较了人民币升值对进口型企业和出口型企业的影响。指出防范汇率风险的重要性。提出只有依靠政府、金融机构和中小企业的携手合作才能因势利导地实施调整措施，将人民币汇率变动的影响尽可能向好的方面引导。
