本文结合教学中的实例阐述Matlab 软件在数学教学可视化中的应用，从本文的例子可以看出，利用Matlab 可以绘制数学中几乎所有的图形，并可以从不同的视角观察图形的变化。在数学教学中充分应用Matlab 软件的可视化功能，借助几何图形可以直观、充分地理解数学中的概念和定理的内涵，这样有利于激发学生学习兴趣，提高授课效率。
本文分为四大部分：第一部分介绍了MATLAB软件的发展历史与优势， 阐述了MATLAB软件在高等数学学习中的作用以及MATLAB软件在高等数学问题中的可视化研究的意义。第二部分介绍了MATLAB的基础与MATLAB图形的修饰处理方法。第三部分介绍了MATLAB语言的可视化研究现状，通过对一维数据曲线图二维数据曲线图三维图形高维可视化图形的研究掌握更多MATLAB的知识。第四部分用MATLAB在设计高等数学中的图形问题进行了仿真。第五部分作为总结部分主要对本文的思想作以总结。
