【Abstract】
With the popularization of the higher education and the demanding of university development, the instructions of college towns are popularly under construction throughout China, some of which are of large scale. The features of constrcting college town mainly lie in its diversity of construction patterns, intensive space designs and large scale and so on. Meanwhile, there are also remains a series of problems, which needed to be reconsidered. This paper mainly introduces the features as well as functions of college town, and analyses three patterns of college town, which are government-led,enterprises investing and
multi-strategy pattern; also introduces the main problems existing and corresponding policies.
