Invoice,is the official document to prove the business happened, and treated as the supporting to make the payment to our supplier.

Credit Note,is one of the invoice form,uaually used in the Foreign payment, whose using is to ask our supplier to return the fund sent,but it's not the official one in China.

Purchase order,is the document for our supplier to start their order, and get the confirmation from the customer

Stores requisition order,is used in the industry factory mostly, when the worker needs a kind of material in stock, he or she should fill it and get the approval from his or her lin-manager, which is useful to collect the cost for each kind of products.
