For Air-Way Manufacturing Company's (USA) audited financial statements we need to do an income statement along with a balance sheet for to satisfy US Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) because we are able to expense various expenses immediately instead of setting up a long term deferred expense account. I have been working off the monthly cash flow statements and the balances in the Balance Sheet trying to tie out figures but am having much difficulty. Do you have a breakdown by month of all expenditures or accruals that were recorded in each line of the Balance Sheet. There must be accruals or payables that I do not have because of the cash flow statement. Please send this information as quickly as possible so I will have this information Friday morning when I arrive at 6:00am. I have until 9:00am to get this information to Doeren Mayhew to insure we have our audited financial statements in time for our board meeting.
